Having been let down over the years by shoddy workmanship, broken promises and poor customer service we were not going to take a leap of faith with any company too easily. Pilastri Della Cucina is in its infancy and so it was with tentative steps that we started the process of purchasing a new kitchen with them. From our first meet with Ryan, it was a done deal for us. His professionalism, knowledge and focus on customer service was very evident and reassuring. We simply trusted him! The whole kitchen upgrade was done with quality workmanship and products. Stuart the surveyor was very informative and 'tweaked' the plans to give us almost the impossible. Our fitters Shug and Stevie went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Stevie was on call daily to check in and make sure there were no issues and that we were happy. We can not express enough gratitude and respect for all involved in this company. A huge thanks to Pilastri Della Cucina for the installation of my new ensuite bathroom. From start to finish it was a fantastic service from design to installation I could not fault in any way. Keeping me up to date with the process every day. It looks great very professionally installed. I trusted the guys in my house when I went to my work. Great price & top class quality guaranteed. Ryan and the team have been amazing at designing me a bathroom of dreams. Before we would have our oldest (5) in the shower and our 1 year old having a wash downstairs in the sink. Not ideal! But now look at this beautiful bespoke bathroom! I can’t thank you all enough and can’t wait for the kids to be in bed so I can grab my kindle, a glass of Prosecco and a bath bomb to unwind. Every mums dream. Thank you.

Ryan designed my kitchen for me to my exact specifications. He listened to what I wanted & drew up the plans perfectly in line with what I required. he even took the time to entertain my 10yo's constant questions Ryan went through everything in fine detail & worked within my budget to get me my dream kitchen at an affordable cost to me.

Steven, handled the project on site & again explained everything via phone call before work started, keeping in touch whilst waiting on Surveyor giving go-ahead. Once job started he was on site, phone calls if unable to be on site to see that everything was going smoothly & I was happy with progress. the fitters were amazing too, cleaning up after themselves every night, and ensuring there was minimal disruption to my household/pets.

Thoroughly recommend them as a kitchen company & would definitely use them again.
